According to the company, the new SDK includes application programming interfaces within user-space libraries, and the SDK’s libraries also include other Fusion-io functionalities -- such as Atomic Writes and Auto Commit -- to speed up application development as well as the system performance of popular applications.
The SDK will also include features aimed at reducing latency, improving memory efficiency and reducing code complexity, Fusion-io said, and will be implemented directly on the ioMemory platform.
The company also offers a developer program to assist programmers in optimizing applications to run natively on ioMemory, according to Fusion-io.
